In the event of termination for cause, phfun11 may forfeit any bonus balances in your account. Real-money balances will be returned to you subject to completion of any applicable KYC verification and deduction of any amounts owed to phfun11.
You may close your phfun11 account at any time by contacting phfun11 support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal processing times. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
Upon termination of your phfun11 account for any reason, your licence to use phfun11 is immediately revoked.
